I believe the most effective film scores are felt more than heard. My process begins with understanding the emotional core of the film - the characters, their inner conflicts, and the rhythm of the narrative. From there, I develop a musical language unique to each project, whether that’s intimate and restrained, dark and textural, or bold and cinematic. I’m comfortable working across orchestral, hybrid and electronic palettes, always choosing the sound world that best serves the story.

I value collaboration, communication and trust and enjoy being involved as early in the filmmaking process as possible, contributing creatively while remaining flexible and responsive to direction. I’m equally comfortable taking bold creative risks or pulling back when subtlety is required. My background in broadcast and long-form production means I understand deadlines, revisions and the realities of post-production - delivering high-quality scores efficiently and professionally.
